Privacy Policy
The short version
Letvr Tools does not ask you to create an account and does not collect personal information. The tools run entirely in your browser: files you open and text you type are processed in the page and are never uploaded to this site or anyone else. Closing the tab discards them.

Files and text you process
When you open a PDF, a spreadsheet or any other file in a tool, your browser reads it into the page's memory. The tool processes it there and offers the result as a download. The file is not sent over the network, is not written to the site's servers and is not kept after you close or reload the page.
The one exception is the "drop any file" box on the home page. When you drop a file there and pick a tool, the file is stored in your browser's own database (IndexedDB) so that the tool page can open it; the tool deletes it the moment it has loaded it, and it is discarded after 10 minutes if it is never picked up. It never leaves your device.
The same applies to text you paste or type, to numbers you enter in calculators and to passwords you generate. None of it is saved in your browser's storage either; the only things the site stores are the settings listed in the next section.
What is stored in your browser
A few tools remember settings between visits using your browser's local storage. These values never leave your device, and you can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. The complete list of keys is:

Permissions
Copy buttons write to your clipboard only when you press them. The countdown and Pomodoro timers can show a system notification when time is up, but only if you grant notification permission when asked; you can revoke it in your browser at any time. No tool requests your camera, microphone or location.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not build profiles across sites. It records aggregate information such as which pages are viewed, the referring site and the country. It does not record anything you enter into a tool.
Server logs
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data — IP address, user agent and the requested URL — to serve pages and protect against abuse. Because tools do not send your input anywhere, that input never appears in these logs. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.
Advertising
The site uses Google AdSense, and Google's advertising code is loaded on tool, category and guide pages. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to choose which ads to show, which can include ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites. The site does not pass anything you enter into a tool to Google or to anyone else.
You can turn off personalised advertising for your Google account at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of many other advertising vendors at www.aboutads.info/choices or www.youronlinechoices.eu. Opting out stops ads from being personalised; it does not remove them.
Where the law requires consent before advertising cookies are set, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent is requested through Google's certified consent management platform before any such cookie is written.
Children
The site is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Your rights and contact
Because the site does not collect personal data about you, there is nothing stored on its side to access, correct or delete. Settings kept in your own browser can be removed by clearing site data. For any question about this policy, write to miioflee@gmail.com.
